Bye bye to the city that never sleeps...

So we have just arrived at Seattle airport after 5 wonderful days in New York. I am a bit tired from standing up early and wandering around all day. But I am so glad I did that because now I have seen everything I wanted to see.
This is what we did in New York:
Monday: Time Square, Rockefeller, Central Park
Tuesday: 9/11 memorial, ferry to Liberty Island and Ellis Island, Soho
Wednesday: Manhattan Bridge, China Town, Brooklyn Bridge, Little Italy
Thursday: Wall Street, American Indian museum, America's Got Talent, Time Square by night.
Friday: fly to Seattle
Now you can imagine that I am a bit tired?!
(I think that is also because I was so amazed all the time.)
Now, in Seattle we are waiting for the bus, which brings us to Bellingham.
There our hostfamilies are waiting for us. I am really excited about them and how they live.
The flight from New York to Seattle went great! (but after the horrible flight from Amsterdam to New York, every flight is greater.)
It was a 5 hour flight but I sat by the window so I could look outside and sleep a little.
I am really looking forward to the next 3 weeks, but I do miss home a lot!
I just hope that these 3 weeks are really fun so the time will fly by.
I think this is enough update for now.

Oma En Opa Uut Vene.:
Hee Gabi hier nog even berichtje van ons. We zijn nog niet uit rijden geweest met Josje,zij heeft haar rijbewijs op de brommer opgehaald,maar dat gaan we zo snel mogelijk doen.Heel veel plezier nog en denk aan de studie die mooie trip is zo voorbij.
